I don’t know where to start. Me and my mate came in to narrow down my search for a new watch since I’m overdue an upgrade. Elle went above and beyond to ensure I explored the right options that would suit me for my day to day life. Elle was informative, entertaining and a pleasure to meet and speak with. My wife and I visited the store after booking an appointment online. Elle was very knowledgeable and friendly, and helped us try on many watches before making a decision on my first Rolex. She also adjusted a bracelet on a watch that I already owned and it now fits perfectly. Would highly recommend John Pass.

Aaron and Matt were both very attentive and professional, in their line of work. We were made very welcome, as soon as we entered the premises and were immediately assisted with our query. We were offered a drink, whilst Aaron dealt with us and Matt kindly, did the drinks of our choice. Aaron was very knowledgable and extremely helpful in assisting us. We felt comfortable in their company and would certainly revisit again. I would highly recommend John Pass in Newcastle under Lyme.
