What a wonderful experience we had today in John Pass whilst purchasing a very beautiful Rolex watch.A wealth of knowledge which helped very much indeed. Would gladly recommend to anyone

We went to Aaron for a watch repair, he was so informative explained everything he was doing, and did it while we waited. He took the time to explain a variety of watches. He was very professional and welcoming, highly recommend this store.

We have been over the moon with the service at John Pass, we got our wedding bands from here and Angela really took her time to sit with us and make sure they were right. She is so lovely and friendly, thank you!

I had the pleasure of choosing this jewellers back in January this year. i expressed my wants of a Rolex Yacht master 40 & a Rolex GMT sprite. My initial experience was that i was well cared for by Natalie and had a genuine interest in getting me an allocation. fast forward to a few weeks ago i got the call for one of my options. faster than i could have asked and the experience was second to none. A genuine jewellers with your interest at heart.

Barely taken it off. hope to revisit for future allocations to build a great personal well worn collection

Had an appointment today and sat with Elle discussing various options, models and processes. Upon entering the shop, even from outside the staff were all friendly, inviting and personable. Elle was superb with her way of explaining things and showing me what is available and what is more tricky to get hold of. I was not able to purchase anything today but was not expecting to do so, hopefully in the future I will be updating this review with a purchasing experience, either way it was nice to visit somewhere that is professional in their handling of what I imagine can often be an uncomfortable conversation, thanks JP and especially Elle.
